Are you a resident of the municipality of Den Helder and will you turn 18 between September 1, 2024 and December 31?
\n2025, then you will receive a birthday package: a year's free library membership.
\nYoung people who turn 18 and who are already members of the library automatically receive an additional year
\nfree membership, in which they can use all the facilities and services of the library.
\nYoung people who are not yet members can register for this at one of the libraries in Den Helder
\nfree membership.<\/p>\n
This action is made possible by money from a support fund that was set up during the corona period to
\nHelderse to support the cultural sector. The KopGroep Bibliotheken Foundation and the municipality of Den Helder are working
\ntogether to encourage our eighteen-year-olds to make the most of all the possibilities the library has to offer.<\/p>\n

E-books and audiobooks
\nThe KopGroep Bibliotheken is very happy with this gift for young people from the Den Helder municipality. \u201cAs a member you can
\n\u201dBorrow books, including e-books and audiobooks,\u201d says Margo Slot. She is the programming, education and
\nbasic skills at the KopGroep Libraries Foundation. "The library is also a good place to study in peace."
