The municipality of Den Helder is making part of the public space of the town hall, the nave, available for activities. With the opening of building 66 in September 2023, interest has grown in utilizing the unique facilities for a variety of activities, such as exhibitions, and meetings.\u00a0This contributes to the connection between the municipality and the residents<\/q>, says Alderman Niels Nanning.<\/p>\n

The municipality of Den Helder emphasizes the importance of making the central nave available to local organizations and residents whose goal is not to make a profit. These initiatives must comply with the requirements of the Market and Government Act, which means, among other things, that commercial activities are not permitted.<\/p>\n
