\nenthusiasm confirmed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clear course<\/strong>
\nDuring his interim period, Hakhoff has made significant progress with the organizations. He
\nnot only provided stability and focus, but also set a clear course for the future.
\nIn addition, one of his most important achievements was restoring confidence in the
\nstaff and various stakeholders. With this he laid a solid foundation for a healthy
\nfuture of both the organisations and the heritage in Den Helder.<\/p>\n

About Wouter Hakhoff<\/strong>
\nAfter a long and rich career as a performing musician (conducting\/trumpet) and organizer of various
\nevents and festivals, Wouter has developed into a manager over the past ten years and
\nmanager in the cultural sector and (national) politics. From 2016 to 2022 he worked as
\ndirector at Boedijn music school in Hoorn. In collaboration with staff and politicians, he managed to
\nto get the organization back on track from a deep valley. After that he worked as an interim consultant
\nand a pioneer in the cultural sector. From January 2024, he will be involved as interim director
\n(later also director) of the heritage organisations Willemsoord BV and Stichting Erfgoed Den Helder.
\nHe is also on the national board of GroenLinks and is responsible for the
\nportfolios of personnel and organization, social security and organizational developments.
\nThis multiple background in culture, politics and organizations has ensured that
\nWouter has unique qualities and visions in the field of leadership, collaboration and
