Find out on Tuesday evening, January 21, 2025, during a fun and informative meeting for residents. All residents of Nieuw Den Helder are warmly welcome to attend this free meeting at the 't Wijkhuis community center.<\/p>\n

After enjoying a delicious soup sandwich from 't Pannetje op Wielen, participants will discuss two topics of their interest in small groups. The topics, chosen during registration, are based on the questionnaire residents completed during the Health Market on November 9th. The themes that emerged from this survey are: exercise, nutrition, sleep, connecting with neighbors, mental health, diabetes\/cardiovascular disease, and financial support or financial worries.<\/p>\n

How can healthcare and social work professionals support you? Anyone interested in any of these topics is welcome to join a discussion table. We'd love to hear how the healthcare and social work professionals from Positief Gezond in Nieuw Den Helder and Team Sportservice Noordkop can best support you. Consider a workshop, an information evening, an activity, or a lecture. You tell us what works for you, and we'll work to create a suitable, free program.<\/p>\n
