The architects of Geurst & Schulze architecten bv and Tony Fretton Architects have ensured ample living space in their design. For instance, the homes feature no fewer than 3 or 4 bedrooms, and one home also has a loft room that can be freely furnished. The homes on Weststraat have a garden, and the homes on Keizersgracht have a courtyard. A parking space has been reserved for 11 homes in the covered storage area.
