No, this is not fan mail from the Honorable Inspector of Direct Taxes. <\/span>It is from his brother, who works at the central judicial collection agency. His letters <\/span>are the result of a few speed measurements on roads in the Kop van Noord-<\/span>Holland, a place I don't normally visit very often. But now I am. <\/span>Out of necessity.

That is, if you don't want to be stuck in a traffic jam on the N9 for half an hour during rush hour at <\/span>Sint Maartensvlotbrug or Burgervlotbrug. The only city with more than 56,000 inhabitants that <\/span>is accessible exclusively via an 80-kilometer road. Even in terms of population <\/span>Similar Drachten, where not even a train comes, is located at two <\/span>
four-lane roads.<\/span><\/p>\n

The northern tip of North Holland has a weak lobby. In Friesland, Rijkswaterstaat is <\/span>Chauvinistic Frisians with the Frisians.
