This large construction wall was recently erected alongside the Het Warenhuys construction project. The former V&D building on Beatrixstraat is being converted and will house 36 social rental apartments, as well as shops and culture on the ground floor and in the basement.

The Ziltepad is now complete: a walking route of over 400 kilometers along the Wadden coast, from Den Helder to East Groningen. The route connects nature, heritage, and reflection along the Wadden Sea.
