Changes to bus transport in Connexxion region Den Helder and Julianadorp

On Sunday 14 December, the Connexxion timetable in North Holland will change
North. Various connections are being improved, making travel on many bus lines easier

Line 30 will now connect better to the trains at Den Helder Zuid and there will be a

Helder Zuid connects well to the early intercity towards Alkmaar/Amsterdam with a short
transfer. From station Den Helder Zuid the bus also continues as line 31 to Den
Clear station, via Teso Veerhaven. This also creates a
fast travel connection from Julianadorp to Texel.

The route and timetable of line 31 have been adjusted. From now on, this line will run after Nieuw
Den Helder along the east side of Huisduinen and becomes the hospital of Den Helder
operated. This bus line then continues via the Kanaalweg from Den Helder to the
station. The first morning runs from station Den Helder South to station Den Helder
will make an extra stop at Teso Veerhaven.

Bus line 32 will be extended to station Den Helder Zuid and will no longer make a
loop route via Flevostraat. Due to the arrival of the new line 158, line

The first morning trips of line 135 from Hoorn to Den Helder station will be extra
stop at station Den Helder Zuid. This allows passengers from the municipality
Hollands Kroon an extra early travel option to the southwest of North
Holland through the connection to the intercity trains at station Den Helder Zuid.
From now on, line 158 will run between Den Oever – Den Helder via Julianadorp. With the arrival of
Line 158 will now also serve Julianadorp-Oost by public transport.
158 connects well to the intercity trains with a short distance at Den Helder station
transfer time. Due to the route change, Breezand will now also have a direct connection
connection with Den Helder vv.

At Anna Paulowna station there is a connection to the intercity trains in both directions
towards Den Helder and Alkmaar. The buses wait at Anna Paulowna also some
minutes on the arriving trains so that passengers can also go from train to bus
change.

The timetable between Anna Paulowna and Den Oever will be shifted by half an hour.
This creates a new road on the N99 corridor (Van Ewijcksluis – Den Oever section) together with
Line 135 has a half-hourly frequency. Line 158 will stop at Den Oever bus station during the week.
