Dive into history
On Saturday, May 30, dozens of bunkers along the entire coast will open their doors. You can also visit Den Helder during Bunker Day Visit unique locations that are normally closed. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you'll encounter stories from World War II.
One wristband, all bunkers in
You gain access with a wristband that you can purchase on the day of the event at a participating location. This wristband allows you to visit all open bunkers, as long as you wear it visibly. There are no advance sales, so please arrive early.
For young and old
Bunker Day is an experience for everyone: history buffs, families with children, veterans, or anyone simply wanting a glimpse into the past. Children under 3 and veterans (with a pass) have free admission.
One day, many stories
