A musical monologue about getting lost in your head
In Dad Eric Corton plays a father slowly losing his grip on reality. He thinks he's on tour. What follows is a heartbreaking, witty, and at times painfully relatable account of dementia.
Based on true stories
The performance draws on the personal experiences of actor Eric Corton, writer Marc Veerkamp, and director Benno Hoogveld. All three lost loved ones to dementia. Eric also worked in elderly care. You'll hear all these stories in the film.
