Look through a telescope at Jupiter, the moon and more on February 27 & 28

On Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th, the Cees Buining Observatory in Julianadorp will once again participate in the National Stargazing Days. Several telescopes will be available in clear weather, and you can look through the large dome telescope.

See the sky up close

Gaze at the moon in close-up, discover Jupiter's rings, marvel at the Orion Nebula, and spot the Pleiades. The observatory opens its doors twice each evening for small groups of visitors.

Suitable for young and old

The first time slots are designed for families with young children. This gives everyone the opportunity to experience the starry sky in a relaxed way.

Limited number of places – registration required

There is space for 30 visitors per time slot. Registration is required. There is an admission fee per person or per family. Reserve by email and indicate your preference for Friday or Saturday, group 1 or group 2.
