On Thursday, March 12th, there will be a communal sing-along in the Jos Postzaal at Triade. Mixed Choir La Mer will give an atmospheric spring concert and celebrate its 45th anniversary this year. A special milestone for a choir that continues to grow. The concert begins at 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 7:15 PM.
Enjoy familiar and new songs
You'll hear a mix of familiar songs and new repertoire. The program includes the impressive "Bring Him Home" from the musical Les Misérables and "The Sound of Silence." Let yourself be carried away by the power of 43 voices, men and women together. Experience an evening full of familiarity and surprise.
Musical accompaniment by experienced musicians
The choir is led by conductor Paul van Venrooij. Frank Visser is on piano and Willem Hoogsteen on drums. Together they create a warm and full sound, adding to the liveliness of the concert.
