Step aboard and learn to sail every Friday afternoon at the Youth Shipyard in Willemsoord.

From Friday, May 8 to Friday, June 12, 2026, you will dive into the theme of boating. You will discover how fun and educational boating can be. You will do this together with other young people aged 10 to 15.

Learn by doing

In the Medemblikkerloods, you get to work yourself. Carpenter Jan Glazema and youth worker Jochum Mollema guide you through the theme. You learn not only to observe, but above all to do. This way, you pick up something new every afternoon.

Experience maritime Willemsoord

This series is perfect if you enjoy being outdoors. You sit close to the water and discover more about boating in a real maritime environment. This makes every session varied and active. You will experience Willemsoord in a way you won't soon forget.

Register on time

You will attend this thematic block on Friday afternoons from 14:30 to 17:00. Participation costs €20 per block, and you can register for each block via the Triade website. The number of places is limited, so do not wait too long to sign up.
