Since 2015, it's been possible to stay overnight in one of the guardhouses at Fort Kijkduin. Behind the thick walls of the fort's drum, you'll feel like a real guard. At night, you can hear the sea, and the wind sometimes howls around the house. A unique experience! The guardhouse is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and you're right in the heart of the fort itself. Of course, an included excursion to the rest of the fort is a must!
