The Nieuwediep Fishermen's Choir consists of approximately 43 men with a shared passion: singing with character. Their roots lie in the Helderse fishing industry, and that bond is evident in every performance.
From port to abroad
The choir performs regularly, both within and outside Den Helder. Their powerful choral sound can even be heard across the country. Every performance is professional and brings atmosphere, familiarity, and a touch of nostalgia.
Salty and solidary
Originally founded to offer fishermen relaxation and connection, that mission remains alive, though not everyone comes from the sea anymore. The repertoire still captures the atmosphere of fishing and the salty coast.
