Museum Night in Den Helder

On November 7, 2025, Fort Kijkduin, the National Rescue Museum, and the Navy Museum will open their doors for a special Museum Night. Each museum is offering spectacular activities especially for this evening. The 2025 program is not yet available, but it will be published here as soon as possible!

Silent disco in the Rescue Museum

During last year's Museum Night, the Dorus Rijkers National Rescue Museum offered a unique experience. Last year, they hosted a silent disco. What will they have in store this year? The program will be announced soon!

The Navy Museum

Last year, the Tuna at the Navy Museum was transformed into an escape room. They also had a cozy pop-up café aboard the ram ship Schorpioen, and everyone enjoyed a meal and a sing-along with a choir! What will the 2025 program bring?

Lantern walk in the dark at Fort Kijkduin 

During the sold-out Museum Night at Fort Kijkduin, visitors armed with a lantern made their way through the fort's dark vaults. The extras group "Ouderwetz" hid in the fort and performed short plays.
