The municipalities of Den Helder and Schagen have joined forces to ensure that the Kustbus will continue to run between Petten and Den Helder this summer. The Kustbus runs from early July to September, and passengers don't need to buy a ticket; the ride is free.
Timetable
You can find the timetable at www.kustbus.nl and on the various stop signs. The timetable will also be entered into the 9292 travel app. The bus is easily accessible and offers space for wheelchair users and strollers. It has 40 standing and 40 seats.
