Usually, when building, you build upwards. At Koningsdriehoek, things are a little different. Currently, a large gaping hole with foundation piles can be seen there. And that is not without reason.

The basement for the storage units and the elevator shaft will be located at this site. Upon completion of these works, the laying of the ground floor can begin, and construction will soon rise above the construction fences. Koningsdriehoek consists of 7 rental apartments and 4 townhouses for sale. The homes and apartments are spacious and situated in the city center, near the city park. The homes are expected to be completed in the middle of the first quarter of 2023.

The rental apartments feature a spacious living room with an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a balcony. A storage unit is available for each apartment in the basement. The apartments are all gas-free. Helder Vastgoed BV manages and handles the allocation of the apartments. The apartments will be rented out in due course via www.woonmatchkopnh.nl. The rental prices will be determined at a later stage. In addition to the rent, there are also general costs for Subscriber Maintenance, glass insurance, lighting, and cleaning.

The townhouses also feature a spacious living room with an eat-in kitchen, multiple bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a spacious city garden with a storage shed. These homes are also gas-free. Are you interested in the homes for sale? Then please contact Coltof Makelaardij & Partners by telephone at (0223) 200 005 or www.coltofmakelaardij.nl.
