Come to Summer Beachlife
Den Helder has miles of beautiful beaches and soon it will become even more beautiful. From
Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th of July we will transform our beach, near Beachclub Citadel,
into a vibrant location for an unforgettable beach event: Summer Beachlife 2024.
As a municipality we are proud to have brought this great event to Den Helder. A
Major beach event in our maritime city. Alderman Fotigui Camara of Sports and
Events: "The beach, the sea, and—hopefully—bright sunshine. I can just picture it:
teams that enjoy playing sports and fans who support their favorite team. I can't
wait for the event to start.”
Everyone can participate
Summer Beachlife is there for everyone: schools, companies and institutions, athletes and recreational
athletes. The program is packed with activities, with special attention to beach volleyball and beach experiences
and music. So even if you don't participate in sports, you are very welcome to come along and enjoy
the atmosphere.
The event is organised at seven different locations in the Netherlands and Den Helder is there
One of them. In Den Helder, the navy and Sportservice play an important role during the event.
