Deepening and self-inquiry during the practical philosophy course

Pause and reflect on yourself and discover what is truly meaningful to you. During six meetings, you will engage in conversation about life questions and self-exploration based on various scriptures. The statement ‘Know thyself’ forms an important starting point in this regard.

More peace and depth

You will be introduced to simple exercises that can help you pause more consciously and experience more peace and depth in your daily life.

Practical information

The meetings are led by Judith Lambregts and start on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The evening begins at 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 7:30 PM. The location is Sumatrastraat 16 in Den Helder. Participation in the six meetings costs €75.
