Join us in Mariëndal and discover how toads and other animals live there.

Together with education officer Marcel, you head into the area. You go in search of animals and their habitats. Along the way, you learn more about what lives in Mariëndal. This way, you look at the nature around you with different eyes.

Discover how animals live

You hear all sorts of things about the behavior of toads and other animals. You also learn more about their food and reproduction. Marcel explains it clearly and along the way. This makes nature suddenly a lot more recognizable.

Learn how you can help

You will also discover why amphibians are often vulnerable. Some species are endangered. You will hear what is needed to help these animals. With that, you take home more than just a beautiful walk.

Register on time

The excursion is for everyone aged 6 and up. You pay €3.50 per participant. The excursion is on Wednesday, April 22, from 14:00 to 15:30. Advance registration is required.
