On Saturday, there is plenty to do all afternoon at Willemsoord, in the Museum Harbour, and in the city centre. Stroll past museum ships and former navy vessels, watch traditional crafts, or let children take to the water themselves with Optimist on Tour. In the Water Laboratory, they discover more about water through play.
There is also plenty to see at the town hall. There you will find an exhibition about the De Goede Verwachting windmill and a model ship exhibition featuring special examples. Children's performances can be seen on the former navy ship De Bonaire. Furthermore, music, street theater, and activities on the quay create a lively festival atmosphere.
