Choir Mescalanza is a general mixed choir from Julianadorp with approximately fifty members. Since 1994, they have been singing together with enthusiasm and musicality. The group is led by conductor Durk Geertsma and pianist Dick Laan.
Versatile and active
Mescalanza sings a wide repertoire and performs regularly, from classical to popular, always with feeling and a full choral sound. The atmosphere is engaging, social, and open.
25 years of singing together
In 2019, the choir celebrated its 25th anniversary. This makes Mescalanza a fixture in Julianadorp and the surrounding region. The choir's strength? Its large membership, excellent coaching, and love of singing.
