De Knorhanen: vrolijke noten en muzikale traditie

Where there's a party, there are the Knorhanen – the farmers' band of Den Helder since 1961

It's always a party when the Knorhanen are playing. Since 1961, these musicians have been bringing cheerful chaos and party music to weddings, parties, and events in Den Helder and far beyond. What once began as a carnival band has grown into a household name in the region and far beyond.

From carnival to après-ski

Whether it's Mad Tuesday at Café De Pimpandoer, a trip to the snow, or a wedding on the beach, this band makes it happen. The brass section guarantees atmosphere, energy, and plenty of laughs.

Helderse origin, international sounds

The Knorhanen were formed by members of the Winnubst orchestra and the WGW football club. Since then, they've rocked Spain, Germany, and even the Alpe d'Huez. They still make music with just as much joy as they did back then.

No party without Grumps

The band can be booked for all kinds of festivities and parties, big or small. A little quirky, always musical, and above all: fun. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities.
