All residents of Nieuw Den Helder are warmly welcome to attend this free meeting at the 't Wijkhuis community center.
After enjoying a delicious soup sandwich from 't Pannetje op Wielen, participants will discuss two topics of their interest in small groups. The topics, chosen during registration, are based on the questionnaire residents completed during the Health Market on November 9th. The themes that emerged from this survey are: exercise, nutrition, sleep, connecting with neighbors, mental health, diabetes/cardiovascular disease, and financial support or financial worries.
