During the Zwem4daagse, you swim your own distance for four days. You choose 250, 500, or 1,000 meters each day. This way, you participate in a way that suits you. That makes this swimming event fun for young and old.
Choose your rhythm
You swim on weekdays from 7:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00. If a weekend day falls within the schedule, you swim from 9:00 to 16:00. This provides plenty of flexibility to choose a time that suits you, making participation even more accessible.
Experience more than just swimming
Various activities have been organized around the outdoor pool. As a result, this week isn't just about swimming laps. You'll also experience an extra atmosphere alongside the swimming itself. This way, you get more out of your four-day event.
Fill your stamp card
You can buy tickets in the webshop or at the box office. The stamp card will be ready for collection at the box office a week in advance. Fill it out completely immediately when you pick it up. This makes it clear for how many times you are participating and which medal corresponds to it. Once your stamp card is full, you will receive the Nationale Zwem4daagse medal afterwards.
Plan your swimming week
The Swim4Days takes place from August 31 to September 3. There is a make-up day on September 4. Do you enjoy lap swimming? Then you can visit Aquacentrum Den Helder almost every day to swim laps. That way, it won't just be limited to this one week.
