Visit the Atlantic Wall Centre in Huisduinen. View the exhibition featuring images, miniatures, and personal stories from Den Helder. The cellar is open especially for Bunker Day. Join a guided tour at any time, with a maximum of 15 people at a time.
Experience history up close
Walk between the Atlantikwall Centrum and the Kroontjesbunker. There you will encounter living history. Actors from Figurantengroep OuderwetZ play residents of Huisduinen in the 1940s. They are active between 11:00 and 15:30.
Visit multiple bunkers
Continue your journey through Den Helder and Julianadorp. Visit the Kroontjesbunker, the Hospitaalbunker, and the M219 in Julianadorp. Bunker tours are also available at Willemsoord. With a single wristband, you can visit all participating locations. Purchase your wristband on the day itself at a participating bunker and discover multiple sites in one day. Advance reservation is required for the bunker tours at Willemsoord.
