The National Walking Challenge is starting again in the Noordkop. Team Sportservice is participating once again in this accessible program by the Bas van de Goor Foundation. You walk towards better health together with others.
Start at your level
Under the guidance of professional Susanne de Zwart, you will build up gradually. The walks are for people with diabetes, those at increased risk, and anyone who wants to get fitter. No experience is necessary. You join at your own level.
Walk on together
In a sociable walking group, you find it easier to stick with it. The distances increase step by step. This way, you work on more exercise, fitness, and confidence for 20 weeks. As Remon Schoorl from Team Sportservice says: “In a sociable walking group, you can go a long way.”
Choose your starting location
The first walks start on Tuesday, May 12. You start at 9:00 AM in Julianadorp. After that, you walk on the same day and time every week.
