Enjoying the surroundings
This year marks the sixth edition of the trail run, held in memory of Ineke Smit, who helped found this trail. Trail running on as many unpaved paths as possible is becoming increasingly popular. During this run, the focus is primarily on enjoying the surroundings and less on speed. Therefore, there is no timekeeping or registration. There are aid stations with water and fruit along the way.
Distances and start times
Seniors can choose from four distances. The 22 and 27 kilometers start at 10:00 AM. An entry ticket costs €10. The 17.9 kilometers starts at 10:30 AM and costs €7.50. The 8.5 kilometers starts at 11:00 AM for €5.
Children aged 12 and under run a distance of 1.5 kilometers for free at 10:45 AM.
All routes start at the open-air theater of the Helderse Valley.

You can register in advance via inschrijven.nl or on the day of the competition at the Helderse Vallei visitor center. The registration desk opens at 09:30.

For this run, SV Noordkop is collaborating with the Peace Movement Foundation PAX Netherlands. The organization is committed to protecting civilians from war violence, ending armed violence, and building inclusive peace. A collection box will be available during the trail run for donations to PAX.
