Bunker tours at Willemsoord
On September 12 and 13, at 2:00 PM, you can join an interesting bunker tour past the remaining bunkers at Willemsoord. Historian Paul Schaap will talk about the Second World War, the Royal Shipyard, and the shelters where shipyard workers sought protection during the many bombardments on Den Helder. During the tour, you will get a unique glimpse inside no fewer than two bunkers.
