In the city center of Den Helder, Housing Foundation Den Helder/Helder Vastgoed has developed the Koningstraat project. This project consists of 10 single-family homes on Koningstraat, of which 8 homes feature a distinctive facade that blends in with the streetscape of Koningstraat, and 2 detached houses on Oostslootstraat. The homes are spacious with a private garden, and residents can park in an enclosed courtyard.
The townhouses feature a spacious living room with an eat-in kitchen, multiple bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a spacious city garden with a storage shed. The homes are all gas-free. There is a parking lot for 10 cars on Oostslootstraat.
