In the city center of Den Helder, Housing Foundation Den Helder/Helder Vastgoed has developed the 'Prins Hendriklaan/Koningstraat' project. This project consists of 7 rental apartments and 4 owner-occupied homes. The homes and apartments are spacious and situated in the center, near the city park.
The rental apartments feature a spacious living room with an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a balcony. A storage unit is available for each apartment in the basement. The apartments are all gas-free.
The townhouses feature a spacious living room with an eat-in kitchen, multiple bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and a spacious city garden with a storage shed. The homes are all gas-free.
This project has been fully realized.
Housing Foundation Den Helder/Helder Vastgoed manages and handles the allocation of the rental properties. Rental prices from €1,037 to €1,102.
In addition to the rent, there are also general costs for Subscriber Maintenance, glass insurance, lighting, and cleaning (+/- 80 euros service costs per month).
